Going to Disneyland
Apart from going to D23 Expo 2017, the other big reason to go to LA was to see the Original Disneyland which I had never visited before, but I ended up spending 5 days there and loving every moment of it.

Walt Disneys Wonderful World of Color
Walt Disneys Wonderful World of Color is one of quite a few “nighttime spectaculars” at the Disney parks, this one takes place at Disneys California adventure, and is a water/fire and lights show. While it is both beautiful and impressive, it is the least entertaining of the nighttime spectaculars, so if you only have one day at disneyland this is the one to skip.
Frozen at the Hyperion
The Hyperion is a theatre in Disneys California Adventure, the shows at the Hyperion are replaced once in a while, but for a few years now it has been Frozen, and one can understand why. Frozen is probably Disneys biggest cash cow, and the show is actually quite impressive, it’s a musical that is about an hour long and it contains all the highlights from the movie, and a bit more.
